This reality series profiles a group of young people who work at an RV park, Camp Cardinal, in Gloucester Point, Virginia. The staff live at the campground on the Severn River while making sure that their demanding clients' ever-changing needs are met. The staff share a passion for a job that allows them to work at a beautiful campground with fellow RV’ers and campers.

Each episode features a different group of RV’ers—ranging from retired baby boomers to millennials with young families—as they head out for a RV adventure.
